Security and Compliance
Digitad uses the Terms of Service of Tether Limited and adopts Tether ETH BTC TRC's blockchain technology to meet international compliance standards. We ensure transparency, traceability and world-class security through blockchain decentralization. Every deposit of the user is pledged in the blockchain smart contract, and Digitad and the merchant will automatically deposit 50% of the user's funds as collateral. If the order cannot be completed due to problems with the platform or the merchant, the smart contract will release the deposited funds to compensate the user and ensure the safety of the user's funds.
Note: Digitad platform does not allow direct employees and outsourced personnel to engage in maintenance work. If any user finds that our staff is also engaged in this work, they can send pictures and text to our email to report it. If it is true, we will reward the reporter.
Report improper behavior
Digitad strictly prohibits direct employees and outsourced personnel from engaging in maintenance work outside the platform. If you find that an employee is engaged in such work, please report it by email in the form of pictures, text, etc., and you will receive a high reward if the report is true and effective.
1. Maintenance products
1.1) Before starting a new set of maintenance tasks, you must ensure a balance of at least 100 USDT.
1.2) It takes at least 100 USDT to reset the counter of a new maintenance product.
1.3) After completing the full set of maintenance tasks, you can withdraw your balance or recharge to reset your account. You can withdraw your balance at any time.
2. Employee level
2.1) If your balance exceeds 500USDT, please contact customer service to upgrade to intermediate level, 1500USDT to advanced level, and 5000USDT to instructor.
2.2) Before applying for withdrawal, please complete the maintenance of all products.
2.3) Giving up or exiting maintenance will make you lose the right to exit or refund.
2.4) Users need to formally apply for withdrawal.
2.5) Withdrawal is allowed only when the credit score reaches 100%. If the credit score is less than 100%, please restore the credit score.
2.6) Withdraw all funds at once.
2.7) Account withdrawal limit:
- Beginner group: 70 - 1,000 USDT
- Intermediate: 500 - 5,000 USDT
- Advanced group: 5,000 - 10,000 USDT
- Mentor level: 5,000 - 50,000,000 USDT
3. Fund management
3.1) Funds are safe and can be withdrawn after all maintenance tasks are completed.
3.2) All data processing is automated to avoid fund loss.
3.3) The platform is fully responsible for any unexpected financial losses.
4. Account Security
4.1) Please do not disclose your login password and security code to others. The platform is not responsible for any losses caused by this.
4.2) Avoid using easily guessed information (such as birthday, ID number, phone number) as passwords.
4.3) If you forget your login password or security code, please contact customer service.
5. Ordinary goods
5.1) The platform's income is divided into ordinary goods income and super order income (6-50 times that of ordinary goods). It is common for each Agent/User to encounter 1-2 super orders in the same set of tasks, and the probability of encountering 3-5 super orders is extremely small.
5.2) Primary users can get a 0.4% rebate for each ordinary maintenance plan purchased.
5.3) Primary users can get more than 2.4% rebate for each super order product purchased.
5.4) After the maintenance is completed, the funds and income will be returned to the user's account.
5.5) Super order products are randomly allocated according to the account balance.
5.6) Once the super order products are allocated, they cannot be cancelled or skipped.
6. Gifts
6.1) The gift package contains 1-3 props, which are randomly allocated by the system.
6.2) Agents/users can get 6 times rebate for each gift package product purchased.
6.3) After the gift package maintenance is completed, the funds will be returned to your account.
6.4) Gift packages are allocated according to the account balance.
6.5) Once the gift package props are allocated, they cannot be cancelled or skipped.
6.6) Gift packages provide a higher chance of getting multiple items and greater discounts.
7. Deposit
7.1) The deposit amount is selected by the user. Please make a deposit according to your financial ability.
7.2) If a deposit is required for the gift package product, please prepay the deposit according to the difference shown in the account.
7.3) Apply for the prepayment deposit details from the online customer service.
7.4) The platform is not responsible for recharges to the wrong address.
8. Merchant Cooperation
8.1) Complete maintenance in time to avoid affecting merchant reputation and withdrawal delays.
8.2) Merchants will provide deposit details.
8.3) Delayed maintenance will affect merchant processes.
8.4) Merchant advances must be refunded after the order is submitted.
9. Agent/User Responsibilities
9.1) Complete maintenance within 24 hours to avoid account freezing and charge a 30% unfreezing fee. Delays will be charged a 50% late payment fee.
9.2) Complete three maintenance tasks every day and receive a basic salary every two days.
9.3) Understand the platform rules and carefully choose the recharge amount. The gift package maintenance must be completed within 24 hours to avoid affecting reputation.
9.4) Long-term inactivity will cause the reputation score to drop below 90 and may make a donation to the World Food Program (WFP) after 72 hours.
10. Invitation
10.1) Use your invitation code to invite other users.
10.2) If you do not have all the products in your account, you will not be able to invite others.
10.3) The referrer can get 20% of the rebate of the referred user's products, excluding commissions.
11. Taxation
11.1) When the account funds reach the tax threshold (over 10K), you must comply with US tax regulations, pay attention to account funds and income, and fulfill tax obligations.
11.2) The company will refund the taxes paid. Provide a detailed home address within 48 hours after the refund is completed so that you can receive a tax certificate for registration with the local tax bureau.
11.3) Cryptocurrency taxation is different from fiat currency. Failure to comply with the platform's tax requirements will result in funds being considered illegal and non-circulating. The company ensures compliance to avoid such problems.
